The Lord posed this question to me as I journeyed through the valley.
“If I am all you have, is that enough?”
People were not meeting my needs nor was I meeting their needs...
“If I Am all you have, is that enough?”
After encountering a situation where I felt abandoned…
“If I Am All you have, is that enough?”
My massage therapist heard the question while working on me…
“If I Am All you have, Is that enough?”
God wanted me to hear it loud and clear and to give an account…
“If I Am All you have, Is that Enough?”
I really wanted to be able to say, “Yes, Lord!” But I couldn’t. He asked again, and again I could not say it. It meant I would have to let go of so many things. My expectations, my rights, my needs, my,my, my…. It’s making me ill to see how selfish I am.
Finally, after struggling to be able to honestly say His words back to Him I said,
“Lord, If You are all I have, that is more than enough.”
My phone chimed, I opened the text to find...
“Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be made low, and the crooked shall become straight, and the rough places shall become level ways, and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.”
And I exited the valley.
